Resumption of practical training for the Food Production course for second-year students in the Hotel Management Department, Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, Beni Suef University

Under the auspices of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, and Prof. Dr. Magdy Abdel-Alim, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nahla Mohamed Helmy, Supervisor of the Department of Hotel Management at the Faculty, the Department of Hotel Management at the Faculty resumed practical training for the Food Production course for second-year students in the department, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at the Faculty Kitchen, and the practical training was conducted by Chef Mahmoud Ibrahim Awad (Expert in Practical Training for Culinary Arts at the Institutes of Tourism and Hotels). In this context, the Faculty administration honored Chef Mahmoud Ibrahim Awad in appreciation of his efforts in practical training for students in culinary arts during the past academic year 2023/2024 AD
