Resumption of practical training for the Food Production course for second-year students in the Hotel Management Department, Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, Beni Suef University

Under the auspices of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, Prof. Dr. Magdy Abdel-Alim, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, and Prof. Dr. Nahla Mohamed Helmy, Supervisor of the Hotel Management Department, the Hotel Management Department resumed practical training for the Applied Food Production course for the second year. On Tuesday, November 19, 2024, Chef Mahmoud Ibrahim Awad, an expert in culinary arts training at the Tourism and Hotels Institutes and responsible for the practical training of the course, conducted practical training. Students were trained to prepare and cook poultry cuts, prepare dishes, and some types of soup and appetizers. The workshop lasted for three hours
