Launching of the 100 Days of Sports Initiative at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, Beni Suef University

Under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, Prof. Dr. Magdy Abdel-Alim, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Heba Allah Sobhi Ibrahim, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, and the Youth Care Department at the Faculty, a sports day was organized today, Sunday, December 1, 2024, at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, Beni Suef University. The sports day was held as part of the activities of the "100 Days of Sports Initiative" launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research through the Universities Sports Federation on September 20; with the aim of developing and advancing the personality of university youth and promoting the practice of sports for both genders. Faculty members, assistant staff, employees and students of the faculty participated in the sports day activities in an atmosphere of joy and enthusiasm. Many different sports were practiced, such as football, speedball, handball, table tennis and games such as musical chairs, tug of war and chess. The students praised the sports day.
